We strive to deliver excellent service but there may be occasions where an issue leaves you dissatisfied. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with our service, we want to do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Please give us time to review customer service issues and be assured that we are trying our absolute best to resolve them for you. Our customer care team will stay in regular contact with you until the issue is resolved, keeping you updated on progress.

We would appreciate it if you do not repeatedly post about an issue whilst we are trying to resolve it, as you could end up with multiple operators dealing with it, which could hold things up.

Rules

Everyone is welcome to join in the conversation on our Twitter page, provided that they are respectful of others and comply with a few rules. We have created these rules to ensure that our social environment is a pleasant, friendly and enjoyable space for everyone. If you add something to the page that is not conducive to this environment, it will be removed.
