Core cover for Buildings Insurance includes Standard perils, Temporary contents removal, Loss of or theft of keys, Loss of oil and metered water, Alternative accommodation/loss of rent, Occupier’s liability, Liability whilst in temporary accommodation, Tenant's liability, Employers' Liability and Unpaid court judgments.

You can also choose to add any of the following options to your core level of cover for Contents insurance:

Home legal expenses, Personal possessions, 24 hour home emergency assistance, Identity fraud assistance, Freezer and shopping, Garden contents, Student's contents, Matching sets & suites and Bicycles over £1,000.
