Our claims promise

At Your Cover we believe the Claims process is our opportunity to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible and we have established our Claims process in such a way as to ensure we achieve this.

Transparency is at the heart of what we do, whether it is in the way we help you to shape your own insurance product, or how we manage your claim. That is why we will always be clear in explaining how we calculated your settlement.

If you need to make a claim  
  • You will be assigned your own named claims handler, no matter how large or small your claim.
  • Each claims handler works in a small team of 3 or 4 which means that if they are temporarily unavailable, there will be another person from the same team available to help you.
  • Each claims handler will proactively update you on the progress of your claim and you can agree how often and through which channels they should contact you.
  • Our UK based claims notification service is available for emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week and although claims will be handled during working hours, you can register for a call back at any time.
