Making changes to your policy

At Your Cover, we know that things can change which is why you can adjust your insurance at any time, to ensure it stays in line with the changing circumstances in your life.

If you change your car, would like to insure another family member to drive your car, or decide to add another insurance option, for example Foreign travel insurance to cover you whilst driving abroad, you can adjust your policy without fuss and what’s more, unlike some insurance companies we won’t charge any administrative costs for making those changes.

You are in control. You can save money and enjoy peace of mind of knowing that you are correctly covered, by keeping your car insurance up-to-date at all times.

When to contact us	Absolutely anytime anything changes that affects the insurance you have in place, or anytime you’d like to add cover components to your policy, or remove cover from your policy, call us. We’ll do all the work for you. If you’re unsure, call us anyway and check. It’s better to ask us than to have the wrong insurance, or not have the cover you need. For example, you will want to tell us if you: change your address change your car want to add or remove a driver (perhaps you’d like to cover your partner to drive your car, or no longer need to cover your child who has gone to live abroad) want to add an extra insurance option (you book a driving holiday, say, and wish to add Foreign travel cover) want to remove an insurance option (you have Trailer cover, for example, but you have sold your trailer)
