Add Your Cover Legal expenses cover to your policy

Your Cover Legal expenses insurance provides valuable help in the event that you need to take legal action following a road accident where you or passengers travelling in or getting into or out of the car covered by this policy are injured or killed, or your car or the property in your car is lost or damaged.

By choosing to include Your Cover Legal expenses cover as part of your Car insurance policy, you are protected for up to £100,000 to cover such legal expenses.

We will also meet legal costs for the pursuit of your claim where you are involved in a road accident with someone who does not have insurance.

Additionally, if you include this cover we will provide you with access to our Legal Helpline. You can use this to obtain free initial telephone advice on any personal legal matter, including advice on motoring offences, speeding and the threat of legal actions arising from incidents for which you may be to blame.
