Your documents

Your documents is a secure area on the Your Cover website, from which you can safely view, download and print all of your insurance policy documents. This service updates automatically when you make any changes to your policy, ensuring your online documents are permanently up to date and, provided you have access to the internet, accessible from anywhere in the world.

In a bid to help the environment by reducing the need to print, Your Cover has created an electronic Your documents account. As your documents are available to download and store on your computer, you may never need to print them. Even if you do need a hard copy to refer to, you may wish to save some paper by only printing the pages you need.

Whilst we offer electronic policy information as standard, via Your documents, some customers prefer to receive their policy documents by post. For this reason, we of course provide the option to select paper copies of all policy information during the 'Shape your cover' process.

If you have bought a policy without Paper documents but have no access to a printer - or simply wish to have the glossy Your Cover insurance policy pack at your fingertips, please call our UK customer centre on 0844 209 0841. A member of our team will be able to help you add Paper documents to your policy.

Please note: our Paper documents option does incur an additional charge.

Even if you have purchased Paper documents, please remember that a Your documents account has been set up for you and can be accessed once you have registered.

When you buy an insurance policy from Your Cover for the first time, we automatically create a Your documents account for you. If you would like to access this account, please click the link contained within your registration or registration reminder email to complete the process.
