Your Cover insurance helps motorists with free 'Find & Drive' app

Your Cover insurance has developed a free iPhone and Android application called ‘Find & Drive’, designed to help make motorists lives easier.

The application helps motorists to locate, protect and insure their vehicles all via the convenience of their Smartphone.

Using technology, the app allows drivers to locate their nearest amenities, including car parks, petrol stations, tyre centres and test stations across the UK . Further features include:

- Automatic alerts to remind motorists of important upcoming car renewal dates and the need for regular vehicle checks, such as tyre pressures and oil levels

- Safe driving advice to help drivers mitigate the risk of accidents, whatever the weather

- Seasonal vehicle maintenance guides to help drivers to prepare and protect their vehicles and ensure they are in a roadworthy condition

The app, which can be used to store personal and policy information, capture photos and store renewal dates, is now available from the Apple iTunes app store and Google’s Android Market. It is free to download and accessible to all iPhone and Android users, entitling them to a discount off any car insurance purchase from Your Cover insurance.
